Sanur Waves Pound Beach Restaurants and Patrons

Bali experienced swells they hadn't seen in years according to the locals. I visited Sanur in the hopes that the waves would be smaller. They were smaller than at Kuta, but not by much.

It was like the 4th of July but the fireworks were waves of tremendous force. The sound was like a loud whip being cracked when a wave hit the barrier.
